   and heading the way is our brave lass Elaine Augustine.... little did they know they are on a ONE-WAY road and they are on the OPPOSITE SIDE !!!!...O M G !!! thank goodness they made it back after 20km around town.... very brave indeed.

Lao girl: 10000kip
PenangGirls:  no la..."pang pang"
Lao girl : no!
PenangGirl: ok ok 6000kip
Lao girl: cannot. how much you giv?
PenangGirl: ok ok 8000kip!
Lao girl:  no! 10000kip
PenangGirl: can la, little bit cheapcheap
....and so it went on... and on and on and on.....and on...

After half an hour, its SOLD !!!! at 9000 kip .

ha ha ha ha..rm0.40c cheaper ,  after all that ! ...

Steps down from Phousi Hill 
20 min climb up the stairs to the Phousi Hill to view the sunset. We found it a bit overstated and disappointed. But here's the view of Luang Prabang below.
